Usually I am not affected by it but it happened last year when I was saying bye to 2006. This time I am not bothered about the change of year. pata nahi last year kiski nazar lag gayi thi mujhe

My approach towards the time/year is totally professional/carrierminded (although appraisal time is also close!!!) so i expect more rise rather then last year and also work hard for the same for next year. How ever definition of "work hard" is differ person 2 person as far as corporate culture is conceren!

we fill pages by march end and gets the results by may - june..i have 3 full months
