Nidhi, guess you need to make him aware of real lively world exciting besides technology too.
well not just for your comfort, but for making you boyfriend also live life to fullest.

apart from that being a source of income or the major interst or his subject of study, you make him think creative by say talking about tech, discussing the problems you face with other gadgets, that ways slowly and gradually take him to other fields, but start with his own interest....tell him what new car, bike, mobile, calculator you saw, from just tech, take him to finance, fashion, economy, family, college, kids, food, and what not.

All in all, something that compensates his interest and explore yourself too. I guess guys are more interested in knowing something they dont know. Rather they are interested in knowing what his girlfriend knows.
