I grew up hanging out with the boys down the street...so this is right down my alley!! Guys do not take subtle to well, BUT they do get hurt easily (even when it doesn't seem like it). I've learned that if you can make a joke out of something...they'll pick up on it rather easily and it softens the blow.

Such as, if it is "Women are not as smart as men, that's why blah blah"....your reaction would be something like..."Oh, crap!!! Someone forgot to send me the memo!!!!...I've been out smarting men for years!!! Do you think you could forgive me for being smarter than you? I promise to try to be more dumb."

It might piss them off a little, but it won't hurt them! And it will help you make a joke out of pig-headed jerks!

I deal with sexist jerks at work all the time and I admit I let it get to me for awhile, but now I know how to deal with it. I joke it off!
