Out for a swanky event, Emmy Rossum attended the 17th Annual Hamptons International Film Festival in East Hampton, NY last night (October 9).

The brunette beauty looked gorgeous in a teal dress and was there for a screening of the independent drama film, "Dare."


In the film, the 23-year-old actress stars as a girl named Alexa Walker and is a story about "three very different teenagers discover that, even in the safe world of a suburban prep school, no one is who she or he appears to be."

Rossum's rumored Counting Crows boyfriend, Adam Duritz, was also in attendance. "Dare" will be out on November 13th.
