Back in July, it was discovered that a man videotaped ESPN's Erin Andrews in the n*de in her hotel room.

Today, it is being reported that Michael David Barrett – who has been slated as a danger to the community - has been released on bail, but is being kept on home confinement and electronic monitoring.

Prosecutor Steve Grimes calls Barrett's interest in Andrews an "obsession," adding, "This was not just a whimsical act. This was an obsession, one that was acted out…one he carried out through various states."

Of watching the video, Erin told Oprah last month, "I opened up the computer, could hear my heart pounding, saw it for two seconds and got hysterical.
