Since this is a girls forum I would like to get your opinions on female bosses. What has been your experience? I have had both male and female bosses in the past and to some extent both have disappointed me in the way they treat staff, but for the most part they were ok.

Oh I love this one. Give me a male boss anyday of the week. Somehow the female bosses seem to think that they have something to prove - even to us other women. The men I have worked for are usually more kind and considerate than their female counterparts.

I have female boss.
But I heard male boss is better.
I dont have problem with my boss
being females we both share our personal things
we go out together
we eat together
we cover each other.
I think for me having female boss is not bad at all

Bosses are always right may be its a Female or a Male.
They all are trained to be a professionals so it doesn't bother me to deal with
