FORBES MARSHALL SELECTION PROCEDURE

Specializes in Process Efficiency and environment conservation (Good for MECHANICAL/ELECTRONICS/INSTRUMENTATION)

Selection Procedure: At first u need to clear a technical question paper which is basics related to ur Field.Each one will have differnt paper.Mecanical,Instrumentation and Electronics/E&TC

Second will be technical interview which mostly concentrates on experience n work done in some of the projects you did and the reated concepts. While in the same interview they look for communication skills and confidence in u.

After clearing the tech you will be called for next stage interview at the company in Kasarwadi were u will be interviewed by the company directors themself. This is also elimination stage. So dont take it lightly and prepare both technically as well as HR point of view.

Next will be MEDICAL examination which is just a formality.
