French Partha

One of the Most important sections when you are preparing Indian dishes. Indian breads refers to a wide variety of flatbreads such as Paratha, Naan, Roti, Bhatura, Tandoori roti and other such variants which are an integral part of Indian cuisine.

Preparation Time : 15 min
Cooking Time : 30 min
Serves / Makes : 5

Ingredients
10 potatoes
300 gms chopped french beans
300gms chopped carrot
750gms maida
half a tsp zeera 2 tbsp oil
half a tbsp haldi,red chilli powder,pepper powder,salt to taste

Method
take a pressure cooker and put some oil into it then put the zeera ,add all the vegetables,put all the masalas,and saute it properly for 5 minutes and put it into pressure for 10 mins.after that make a dough out of maida,oil,salt.after that make parantha out of that dough.next mash the vegetables and put one 1tbsp of the mixture on the parantha,roll it and serve hot with tomato and chilli sauce
