Ingredients:
1 c - cut up dates or apricots
1 c - chopped pecans, blanched almonds
1 c - powdered sugar
1 - egg white

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Drop by teaspoonfuls.
Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes and Cool.
Package in an airtight container.
