U might lose ur good friend tht ways, but u can try sayin it in a different manner. Lik, jus let her know tht u have d feelings 4 her & u dun mind if its a no but just wanted her 2 knw abt it !! This ways generally no girl would stop talkin or nething evn if she isnt interested in it tht ways.
Jus 1 thing sweety... dun force nethin on her be4 or evn after tht. Jus remain being d person u r 2 her. Dun expect nethin @ all 4m her.. in this ways... she'll knw u hv feeling... if she has she'll agree.. else atleast she'll still continue d frndship!!

The solution to your problem my friend is quite so easy....... You just have to pick which is the lesser evil.

1. If you dont tell her what you feel.... there will be no changes in the situation....you will just feel the WHAT IF feeling inside you. Mind you my friend, the longer the friendship only status remain, the greater the urge of you wanting to tell her....and the longer it takes, the crazier it makes you (inside and up there in you brain). You will not have the full satisfaction of her being just your friend. Plus the pain get even greater when she meets another guy and falls inlove with him instead of you, he he he!!! The worst is, when she gets married and then after some time you will hear from a friend, that you are the one she really likes and wants to be married with. Tsk, tsk, tsk!!!

2. If you tell her though.... all the anxiety and the held back feeling will be released. You will have the great feeling of relief, but then the feeling of being frightened takes over. Frightened of what her reaction will be...... frightened of what she might think of you..... frightened of what will happed to your friendship.... hmmm....looks like a real dilemma to me...!!! he he he!!! Then maybe, you both feel the same for each other and thus all will be happy.

1. If she really values your friendship, she can take the shot. She will just tell you in a nice way that your just a friend to her and that it would be the best for both of you...... friendship in tact nothing changed...(its up to you to adjust since you have spilled out your gut to set your mode to friendship mode).
2. If she doesnt like it and rejects you (usually the girl dont like to communicate anymore)... then your lucky to now that her friendship is not that deep enough to be able to understand you....
3. If you dont tell her.... this nagging feeling of WHAT IF will haunt you forever.
4. If she accepts your proposal then you are very lucky.....
