I have a problem whether to express the love or not. I know a gal from last six years. She studied with me. presently i am still continuing my studies but she stopped. she regularly make a call to me. she fells free to express anything with me and walk with me any where freely. but she feels it is friendship and want to continue it. but now i am feeling that it would be better if she is my life partner. whether to express my love or not. if she rejects i think i may lossa good friend what to do

Then you can ask the question straight so that she can think of it, some thing
like this:

"Will it not be a happy married life if good friends like us become life partners?
What is your opinion?"

Well I would suggest you to tell her that your parents searching a girl for you. then see howz her reaction for that. If she is also feeling the same as you are feeling then surely she will only tell you.

if not. then just express some sadness by telling you dont want to marry a girl without knowing her completely.. and finally just ask her to think about you and please do not force. Just tell casually, to think about you and come to a conclusion.

This is the easiest way but very very risky.....

I will tell you clearly, if you love a girl who is your best friend for years. all of suddenly when you propose her. If she will not interested then it will surely spoil friendship. for example, say previously every week you used to go out for a walk or movie or a music. but right after this kind of incidents, she will not go out with you. she will just skip by one/other reason. because she lose the trust on you. Though you call her casually but she will never take it casually. belive me if you talk casually also she will mean it in differently. it all happens..thats why i said its risky. Same thing happend with my best Gaurav also.
