She's been flying under the radar as of late, but last night (February 11) Hayden Panettiere emerged for an evening out and about in New York City.

The beautiful blonde "Heroes" starlet sported a sexy black fringed-out flapper-style dress with a black jacket as she passed the paparazzi while making her rounds.

In related news, there has been a plethora of rumors as of late regarding an alleged make out session between Hayden and singer Jesse McCartney.

Reportedly, the two were having a blast together at Crown bar where Miss Panettiere was caught sitting on McCartney's lap while he kissed her neck. And before long Hayden gave him a lap dance.

However, it's still up in the air whether or not the rumors have proven to be true, given that Hayden has had a longtime relationship with her "Heroes" costar Milo Ventimiglia.
