She is undoubtedly the most famous Hollywood mom around...and the hottest too! And this is one mommy who looks just as good when pregnant as she does when she's slim and trim. Angelina Jolie's brood is up to six children, all under the age of seven—including twins Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline who were born in France last July. The twins join brothers Maddox, 6 and Pax, 4 and sisters Zahara, 3 and Shiloh, 2. "It is chaos, but we are managing it and having a wonderful time," said Jolie.

Someone else who can pull off the pregnant look with as much ease is singer Gwen Stefani. Looking just as hot during pregnancy and post pregnancy, when Gwen Stefani isn't busy cutting records or designing her next L.A.M.B. line, she can often be spotted playing with sons Zuma, 8 months and Kingston, 2 at the park. Even when she goes on tour with No Doubt this summer, the little tykes are coming along. "Pack up the babies and get a bunch of nannies. So fun!" she said.

Now this hottie loves the whole baby thing so damn much she just cant stop having them! Yes we're talking about Heidi Klum, who's at it again for the fourth time! Already busy with Leni, 4, Henry Gunther, 3, and Johan Riley, 2, the pair is up to the challenge of a new baby. "Deep down we both always wanted the same thing: to have a family with a lot of children," Klum has said. "We knew we could do that together."

You gotta adore this woman one way or the other! Not only does Courteney Cox Arquette make a great looking mom when pregnant, she also makes a great mom in general. Despite her hectic schedule, this 'Friend'ly mom always makes time for her family. "Courteney has always been a nurturer," says hubby Arquette. "But to see her juggle a baby on top of everything else is just amazing." The couple named their daughter after Cox's mother (also Courteney Cox) who was endearingly nicknamed Mama Coco by Cox's friends.
