Apple iPod nano

If it has to be music player, it has to be an iPod. If your Valentine is a music lover, the new iPod Nano will surely make him/her fall for you.

Apple's recently revamped iPod nano boast of an oval shape at the edges, giving it a sleeker and slimmer look, unlike the previous compact design. Measuring 3.6 x 1.5 x 0.24 inches, the new nano weighs 36.8 grams. The player has a 2-inch (diagonal) LCD display with blue-white LED backlight and 320 x 240 pixel resolution. Users can now view content in both portrait and landscape modes.

Available in 8GB and 16GB versions, the nano comes with a "shake to shuffle" feature that changes songs as the user shakes the player. And you have host of colours to choose from: bright yellow, hot pink, deep indigo, silver and basic black models.

Dance Dance revolution

Is your valentine a dancing freak? Then here's just a perfect gift for him: a musical dancing video game.

Called Dance Dance Revolution, it has players standing on a "dance platform" or stage and hit coloured arrows laid out in a cross with their feet to musical and visual cues. Players are judged by how well they dance to the patterns presented to them and are allowed to choose more music to play to if they receive a passing score.

As for platforms, it supports Psone, DS, N64, PS2, GC, Wii, Xbox, Xbox360 and PC.
