Earlier in the evening, the former Newlyweds starlet treated her parents along with hairstylist/BFF Ken Paves to a swanky dinner out at Dos Caminos.
As for her ever-expanding design career, Jess recently signed a multi-year deal with Camuto Group and G-Ill to market a new line of contemporary dresses under her label, to hit stores in the Spring of 2009.
Simpson told press, "I'm extremely excited to be expanding into the dress market. I plan on creating beautiful dresses in distinctive fabrics and silhouettes that are reflective of my personal style and offer something special to the market place."
