Ya, The measurement of our Productivity and expactations popularily known as "Appraisal" !! and i think qualifying professioal getting much pay in Non-Metro.

Those appraisals...they look from organisation's view point...what about our own's..

well as i said raising standard of living for India..consider it as macro and going to micro...metro do have high standard of living compare to non-metro...neways challenge seekers should be ready to be mobile..
