when u open for a new mail..go to options u will find BCC (other than To and CC) Add names to that BCC and none would be getting others names, rather it will show 'undisclosed recepient'

That's the point ......it DISPLAYS "recipients <undisclosed>" .............undisclosed......yes..but nonetheless there are other recipients...
I want it in a way such that each recipient should think I have sent it only to him and no one else....

There is an option in Microsoft Word using "Mail Merge" but for that u must have a pop/smtp based mail account or You can use "Atomic Mail Sender" which can send personalize mail to each user... but of course this utility is paid one
