We can change existing Smileys.. but it wud not be appropriate to add more smilys...
Regarding online Radio... We will soon give u a link on every page so that anyone can listen radio while working
Regarding Shoutbox... We can implement it anytime.. There r certain issue which we have to take care before we implement that
1. Server Load
2. Who will moderate Shoutbox
3. Page Drain Issue
So we r still in no position to implement shoutbox.. Instead we can have Online chat S/w installed if all of u want.

We dont want anymore load on server
you are right, it will be really hard to moderate foolz , not to worry about shout box
