3 (4 1/2-inch) peppermint sticks 1 cup powdered sugar 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1. Crush peppermint stick with a small amount of the powdered sugar in a food processor or blender. 2. Combine the crushed peppermint with remaining sugar, creamer and cocoa; mixing well. 3. To serve add 1/4 cup mix to 3/4 cup boiling water per serving. 4. Store remaining mix in a jar or airtight bag.
