here it isnt that jazzy like india, but yeah i did everything from sweets to snack and from crackers to oil lamps...(and guess what, i spoiled the carpet with the lamp this wooden houses...i tell you )
bada darr laga pehle to hubby se....i was sure gonna have a big scolding but to my surprise he was like...o ho ho...yeh kya ho gaya...
and i was like....hhmmm aisa ho gaya (lot worried about the hitler & scolding)
he said...well lemme find out something and started thinking
i was like bach gayee...!
dont know diwali effects or distance in miles since month worked wonders...!

and yeah the best thing happened after hubby back was...the PGs got scolding for keeping the room dirty...lol...i enjoyed a lot the dialogues standing behind hubby and giving evil expressions to PGs

but it was mauja hi mauja...lol
saw the movie for the first time here, in british theatre...they give translations here in english, and i wasnt able to concentrate much on fishes...BLUE was the movie...! i liked it...and from the alien's world like, hubby had 2-3 naps felt like better we would have gone to casino...but then diwali ke din laxmi ko bulate hai na, gawate thodi hai... hoon na mein smart..lol

Hi guys, hope u all had a gr8 Diwali... I m sorry for not being able to wish you all in time in here (As Rajji said, mujhe zukaam tha aur mai Rahul ki mimicry karne mein vyast tha). Diwali over here had been bit ok compared to other Indian Festvls. There is a place here calld Little India, where u can see lot of Indians. The whole street is decorated with lights and it was very colourful and bright. Lekin, koi phatake nahi phode. patha nahi if they are scrd or if they don like noise. Tho diwali ka majha hi nahi aaya. I had to callup my friends and reltvs in India and was overhearg the phatake sound on phone. Rather, aaj bhi koi phatake phodrahe the. sab majhe me
