I'm not sure of all the words but what I think it means; and poetry is always subjective anyway---

Durakht= tree
pamane= is it like a map?
chilman= something that shines, right?
husn= of course someone beautiful
furkat= i'm not sure but maybe out of the heavens/sky?
sharmana= being shy

so what I think it means is
Like one can see the sunshining through the tree, as beautiful it is but its momentary, very brief---so is the expression on the beautiful beloved
anyway the poet is comparing something very beautiful, complex yet brief in nature to his or her beloved---

even if it aint so, we could just think it is:)
