Re: Should Caste matter in marriage?
Definitely.....it does matter... The reasons ? Culture, Habits, Attitide, Approach towards life, etc etc varies from country to country and also varies between different castes and religions... Maybe , for the kick of it, as in the movies, the youngsters may vote for "it does not matter".... but later on, when the couple start facing the realities of life....the tension starts building up..... spoil the peace and harmony.......and later on.....even may lead to divorces..... But again...there is a saying.."all enzymes are proteins...but all proteins are NOT enzymes..."

Re: Should Caste matter in marriage?
if caste brings mental match then it should'nt be overlooked otherwise a for better match in all terms it can be ignored. Because prosperity of any kind can be lost excluding mental prosperity. Its answer depends on motive and span of life also. Some can feel their life is from birth to death while other ahead of death also.
