Where was this? Dang!

The thing about these trees is no one knows how this horticulturist made these trees, he left zero notes behind and was a total recluse. I've seen this on a T.V show on Discovery or T.L.C or one of the eduprogramming channels.

These are called Circus Trees. They are at an amusement park called Bonfante Gardens in Gilroy, CA. They are growing new ones.
