I am not angry now but I was recently angry at work with my new manager who was very irritating. My blood went up, I got migraine etc etc....come to think of it, not worth being angry as we suffer ourselves. Tried to understand her being new, and, now I am more patient with her. She is just too irritating so I avoid her.
All come to a good end when I talked to her about it. Now we work better together but I have asked for a transfer. I dont want to get high blood/stressed up working with her; just not worth it..

Normally i m cold minded, but i got angry when my boss told me that he will be on leave next day and when i reach the office next with holy day mood and i find him in office !

Me Angry today , no way buddy, Sunday is the best day of the week , enjoying the day in my room Alone, Will go for a bike ride in the evening ( if i am angry)
