 What is more important to be successful in life? WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN LIFE?

or
* HARDWORK & CONFIDENCE
i think so hard work & confidence coz without hardwork i can do nothing and my elders said me that"insan life main chahay tu apny kismat khud banasakta hai if it is harworked & confidence"
what do u think about this ?...r u agree with me or not?.....!!!
