Will Shahid-Vidya be the next hot pair?

It's an unusual pairing. Yet Shahid Kapur and Vidya Balan have been finalised to play leading roles in Ramesh Taurani's next to be directed by Aziz Mirza. "It's a pairing that is very fresh - that's one of the USP's of the film," says producer Ramesh Taurani.

Also one of the stories doing the rounds is that Shahid is set to play a young guy who happens to fall in love with an older woman to be portrayed by Vidya. Just months ago we had seen Amitabh's unusual pairing with 18 year old newcomer Jiah Khan in Nishabd, which turned out to be a dud at the BO. So then will this Shahid and Vidya starrer tell a different story?
