I would like to share my bad experience had with Tata indicom Mobile in bangalore.Hope sombody in the group will help me.
I wanted to go for Tata mobile. Contacted a representative & He came to offer me an combo offer which comes with walky (land line) & mobile.I was interested only in mobile so the rep gave me only mobile & sold the walky to somebody else.
I used to get bill for both mobile & walky. But i was making payment only for my mobil .This rep initially said he will make ownership transfer & to bear with him some time. The user of walky used to make late payment & sometimes payment after the barring of outgoing calls. With this even my mobile was barred.
This was not fair & I did visited there office in koramangala several times & no action was taken as even I talked to there manager.
Staff in tata office used to call the rep & gave me false assurence.
This rep gave vague Excuses as the user of walky does not have docs for transfer & this went on for about 10 months.I used my mobile connection for abt 7 months & finally i am left with the mobile & charger with no incoming or outgoing.
Is it so complicated to get a mobile even if are ready to make payment on time.
Can anybody please help me to sue the rep as well as the manager in tata indicom office or kindly advice.
